Since I was around 14, I’ve been on the hunt for a Defender. John and his crew assured me they’d provide a perfect replica, and boy, did they come through! It’s truly a sight to behold. The craftsmanship is top-notch. I can’t praise these folks enough. Now, I’m seriously considering getting a Phoenix to accompany it. Simply amazing.

The machine was faulty right from the start! It’s got nothing to do with the lockdown, and I’ve got emails to back that up. I even offered to cover the flight for an engineer to come out. But my email just got ignored. You’ve got my number, and you know where to find me. Maybe you can take the dance machine along when you go fishing.

Simply amazing! I grew up playing in arcades during the late 80s and early 90s, and now I'm looking to get my hands on some of my all-time favorite arcade machines. I reached out to several suppliers in the UK, and then I had a chat with John at Williams. The insights and guidance he provided were top-notch. He’s already repaired a Williams Defender for me and is currently working on a Sega OutRun and an Atari Return of the Jedi.

Some suppliers threw out some outrageous prices, but John has always been upfront about what Williams can and can't do for me, and it’s all been at very fair prices.

I won’t think twice about sending any of my random buys for restoration to Williams in the future.

The folks at Williams amusements are super friendly and really connect with their customers. I got a custom taito space invaders table featuring an original shell but with updated tech inside. It’s fantastic, and my dad is thrilled since it was a gift for him; a touch of nostalgia really hits home. When it comes to pricing, they have a solid deal, especially since some of these original items can fetch over £2000. I’d definitely suggest them, and the courier they work with is just delightful.

Had a fantastic time from the get-go with customer support, smooth communication, and super quick replies. They were a big help in getting the console delivered all the way to Jersey. We’re totally in love with our retro arcade game!!!
